Reclaiming control over screentime
We are delighted to have Br. Riyaz Vazir present how can we reclaim control over screentime by employing strategies beyond simply putting your phone away?
We check our phones once every 4 minutes and spend nearly 8 hours each week on social media alone.
Digital devices are part of modern living, yet many struggle with productivity loss from mindless scrolling, and burnout from constant connectedness.
Br. Riyaz Vazir will help us learn how to use Digital Wellness as a trampoline to help reclaim control over screen time this coming Thursday September 21st, 2023 after recitation of Dua Kumail.
About the speaker:
Before founding Scroll By Choice, Riyaz Vazir spent nine years at Microsoft as Director of Business Strategy, working with globally distributed teams on sales enablement, change management, and training programs.
